About Me

It all started with 2 turntables and a mic back in the mid 80s that I started Djing.. I was strongly influenced by my cousin who was the best dj in his neighborhood. I saw how he had the whole party dancing and that made me want be the best DJ in my neighborhood just like my cousin. Throughout high school I was one of the more popular DJs making mixtapes of all genres and doing a few parties here and there for many of my friends and classmates. I made my 1st big break attending college where I landed a spot Djing for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Returning back home for the summer my confidence grew enough for me to start Djing at many of the local clubs, backyard Bbqs, house parties, and various events in the northern New Jersey Area. I also was hired as intern for Sony Music (Columbia Records) to enhance my promotions and A&R skills. Over the years I kept up with my Djing skills and Played and promoted at some of the hottest Largest most popular clubs in the NY,NJ area along with opening for some of the most popular radio Djs in the east coast market such as DJ Bobby Trends, Dj Cipha Sounds and Dj Mr. Cee all of Hot 97 FM (the Pitbulls) Over the years I also enhanced my music skills to become a new up and coming producer working at various studios along with various artists and producers.
